Your homes Value-My CMA service
Look, you can get an estimate of your homes value in minutes on any number of web site:,, etc...., although more of a buyer’s site, still can give you some info on your home's value and the market.

20% off!?!  Zillow ADMITS on their site (small print, at the bottom) that the "median error" for their "Zestimates" of a home's value runs +/- 15-20% in Atlanta.  So that means if your home is worth around $300k.....their estimate will off by about $120,000 (20% up or down).  So, have fun with those sites, but don't get depressed if it's bad; conversely, don't get excited if it's good.

Valuating a properties current market price is a complicated task that takes a highly skilled and experienced professional.   I am glad to do a market analysis for FREE (with no strings) if you are thinking of selling your home, whether now or in the future.  All I ask is that you give me a shot to list it, when you are ready.

Here's how that works.  Fill out the CMA request form.  I will do a 'desk top' review, looking at recent comparables AND market pricing & absorption trends.  My margin of error is typically 5-15% on a desk top review.  There is simply no way to get more accurate than that with out seeing the home.  If then you want to consider selling, I will need to come out to your home to do a full blown analysis.  My margin of error after seeing your home is only about 3%.
